This case book contains essential cases on topics spanning criminal practice and procedure. Criminal advocates as well as judicial offi cers and students will fi nd foundational cases as well as some of the latest authorities on areas such as autrefois, juries, sentencing, summary procedure, bail and criminal jurisdiction.
