IN the following pages, which are in substance a Reprint from 7716 Mont/z, I have endeavoured to sketch, under the guidance of those who have been longer in the country, and have a better knowledge Of it than myself, the outlines of a'plan for the settlement of the University Education Question in Ireland. I Should scarcely have ventured to publish them, had not my experience at Oxford and elsewhere convinced me that a solution of it is perfectly possible at the present time.
