Boys Never Know

BOYS NEVER KNOW imagines the life of a woman raped at the age of fourteen in the basement of her best friend's house during a springtime party. Kat Simon is gang-raped by a group of the smartest boys in her private high school. Soon after the event, Kat forgets but her nightmares grow increasingly violent and tell more of the truth of the event than she imagines. As she grows into a young woman, Kat becomes fascinated by sexual deviance, never realizing why. Eventually, the boy who raped her becomes a lawyer and a judge so that Kat must finally deal with what happened to her not only in a public forum, but on the national political stage.
