Bone Tired

My young daughter found it hard at times to wind down after a long day of being a kid. She would often ask, Daddy, can I have a story? One night, while wearing new jammies from the zoo that said Bone Tired on the front, I made up a story about a kid dinosaur named Bone Tired. The name stuck. I naturally mixed in my therapy skills, and Aislynn fell fast asleep. This book is a guided mediation for kids that is mindful and thoughtfully takes the reader through a progressive relaxation experience through the eyes of a kid Tyrannosaurus rex. This is the best bedtime book because it helps kids relax, calm down, and fall asleep.
