Blood! Spirit! Water! Nathan Loyals life is coiled around enigma and loss as he tries to make sense of the Redfish Lake phenomenon. Crippled by bitterness, without hope, and stewarding a vague identity, he is forced to come to terms with the signs, wonders, and miracles that are all around him. Amidst the confusion, plastered against a devastated postmodern backdrop, and surrounded by a band of mysterious characters, Nathan cannot seem to shake the light that constantly pursues his life - no matter how dark it may seem.
