My journey to business success wasn't typical. My path was narrower and had a few more bumps, but it was the work ethics and values of my blue-collar roots that helped me reach top executive levels. I now share some of the life lessons that have helped me along my journey in hopes of inspiring others to reach for the stars while staying grounded in your roots.
