A ballistic missile and a chemical weapon disappear from an American military base. Both are believed to be in Nicaragua. Two CIA agents and two soldiers are sent to the Central American country to locate the poison gas, but they disappear from sight. The Black Panther team is activated and faces a dangerous and difficult mission against a powerful enemy that seems to be able to anticipate their every move, as the enemy has been trained by the Americans themselves in their best elite schools.Blue takes the lead and searches for a long-lost US government contact. In the process, he meets an extremely exciting Nicaraguan woman. She seems to know the man he so desperately needs to talk to.
