Blood on the Chalkboard

The story opens when student is murdered at East Boston High School and a student who saw the dead body runs to the Street Law Center for help. The story centers around this murder and all the people involved in the case. So most of the novel is the story of that murder trial and the surrounding events. The actual intent is to follow along as the accused student is brought to trial. The students will be immersed into the events surrounding the murder as they happened through the eyes of the people involved. To help the reader and the students understand the story, basic legal procedures and constitutional law points are explained. A dramatic conclusion will culminate in following the sensational murder investigation and the reenactment of the first degree murder trial.
