Awan Gurun Gunarso holds a master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST). where the foundation for this critical research was laid. This research underpinning this books involved a pioneering case study at a Taipei City Hospital; providing the first in depth, data driven analysis of nurses' communication needs in Taipei, Taiwan. Awan Gurun Gunarso's primary goal is to empower non-native English-speaking nurses globally to communicate with confidence and clarity, ultimately bridging cultural and linguistic gaps that affect patient outcomes. His research is committed on creating practical, evidence-based training models that go beyond conventional language instruction, aiming instead to prepare learners for the real-time, high-pressure communication demands of hospital settings.
