Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Throughout the book the author has indulged liber ally in the use of premises that may at first glance be viewed with suspicion by both teachers and opposers of the doctrine of holiness; but believing that they have been given by the Spirit of God, he is inclined to believe that their plausibility will be discerned by every careful reader.
