Be The Light is a year of Thoughts for the Day with an index to go to topics and meditate on what you're going through. When you see the word, "e;God,"e; please think of what or who you personally believe to be your Higher Source. That spiritual Source can be a connection to "e;That Which Creates All That is."e; Know that this connection is always streaming Love, Truth and Wisdom to your Spirit within and always has your Highest Good at heart. When you see the word "e;Ego,"e; this represents who we think we are when we believe we're separated from this Source and from each other. We are never separated even if we think we are.
