Alternative products for post-harvest handling

This book seeks to encourage the search for and use of natural products to control plant diseases, with the aim of reducing the indiscriminate use of chemical products, which has been shown over the years to be one of the main factors favouring the emergence of resistant pathogens, as well as reducing environmental contamination, since several products have already been shown to be capable of controlling various plant pathogens.
