A message from the execution chamber

He stood steadfastly, awaiting his death. He moved towards the "execution stake." He took a long breath, not knowing how or when he reached that step. His memories had completely vanished from his head, and he no longer even remembered his name. The bandage tightened around his head, so he was no longer able to do anything except hear a voice. Feet on the wooden floor... while that iron hand was attracted, emitting a groan, ending his life hanging on the gallows.
