This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 16th EAI International Conference on Simulation Tools and Techniques, SIMUTools 2024, held in Bratislava, Slovakia, in December 2024.The 26 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 63 submissions.
