Method of Archimedes, Recently Discovered by Heiberg

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. From the point of view of the student of Greek mathematics there has been, in recent years, no event comparable in interest with the discovery by Heiberg in 1906 of a Greek ms. Containing, among other works of Archimedes, substantially the whole of a treatise which was formerly thought to be irretrievably lost.
