Dr. Hollander is a very straight forward speaker/writer. His approach is very specific and task oriented in order to provide a clear process to the student/family/reader. His examples are clear, factual, even at times a bit dramatic. Because he is a firm believer in a data based approach, he generates a great deal of documentation to illustrate progress. When not generating the amount of success he anticipates, he has a clear method for making constructive changes to the process to bring about the success.
