Business Process Management

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2012, held in Tallinn, Estonia, in September 2012. The 17 regular papers and 7 short papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 126 submissions. The book also features two keynote lectures which were given at the conference.
