The workbook consists of a couple of pages explaining how to follow the 4 steps. The rest of the workbook consists of 40 pages with spaces so that your ideas can be stored and recorded in the index for easy access to them. The format is very simple allowing thinking on different pages about different products or improvements for the same products.
