With funny, engaging text and cool illustrations, WHAT’S DOWN THERE? is a fun-filled read-together or read-alone book for young children and helps educators, parents and carers initiate honest and realistic conversations with young children about the following issues: Staying safe and consent – it’s your body! ; Learning the words vulva and vagina (while knowing that nicknames are fine to use) and breaking down any stigma around naming and talking about our bodies ; Feeling confident about your body; and knowing that it’s normal to want to touch your body, but understanding when and where this is appropriate.
