Companies today are undergoing constant structural change. There are rapid changes in business models, mergers/acquisitions, de-mergers. CEOs face a bewildering choice: how to transform the organisation/ culture to achieve shareholder value? How to rationalise business processes taking advantage of the internet? How to integrate processes and systems from predecessor organisations? Many of the solutions to these questions lie with the CFO.
