Grounded in the Loving Our Students On Purpose philosophy, each session includes a compelling leadership insight, a story or metaphor to prompt reflection, and guided discussion questions for strategic dialogue. Designed for use in full board meetings or smaller leadership circles, this edition invites leaders to reflect personally and lead intentionally - raising up others who carry the same cultural vision.
