Jesus and the Other Names

How can Christians today reconcile their beliefs and practices with the injustice and prejudice they encounter in the modern world? How can they balance the scriptural assertion that there is "no other name" but Jesus (Acts 4:12) with "the other names" obvious in our religiously diverse society? The author brings together the issues of liberation theology and religious pluralism to propose that the two are inseparable - that an effective Christian response to the human and ecological suffering of the world will have to include dialogue with other world religions.
