Breaking the Mould: Challenging the Past through Pottery

This volume publishes eleven papers from the 2006 International Conference on Prehistoric Ceramics. Papers utilise advances in methodological approaches and scientific techniques to present new interpretations of dating and the evolution of pottery techniques. Other papers look at the role of pottery in constructing identity, looking at pottery as a burial good, the interaction of different pottery cultures and much more.
