A German Course

Originally published in 1933, this German course was created 'primarily to meet the need of a prose manual which may be used in form from the time a boy begins the translation of connected passages to the time he leaves school'. The text is divided into two parts: the first part presents a guide to aspects of the German language and the second contains a series of passages for translation.
