CW is a reporter who lucks out and gets the interview of a lifetime with a notorious serial killer Steven Steal, who just may change CW's whole way of thinking.Steven Steal believes he was born to kill and in the words of King David, his victims "were delivered into his hands".CW believes and tries to convince Steven Steal that no one is born to kill, however Steven Steal stands his ground and goes on to tell CW why. Is there a method to the madness?
