This group, which describes itself as the National Wax Organization, is a powerful political group with subversive tentacles internationally. Their relationships are designed to foster support toward their ultimate cause to resurrect white supremacy in the highest office in the land-the United States presidency. The narrative details the identification of an undercover operative suspected to be a 'spider' a member of a covert FBI unit investigating the National Wax Organization, whose actions now threaten to reveal the organization's objectives. Plans are made to eliminate this agent, assisted by the Baja Cartel, with the operation set to occur while the agent is in Mexico. However, the cartel pursues its own agenda, opting to use the agent as leverage for a prisoner exchange. This choice initiates a series of complex events, involving multiple stakeholders including a Black female United States Attorney General, who leads a team of Secret Service agents alongside a specialized police force headed by Tijuana authorities as they seek both the 'spider' and the eventual exposure of the National Wax Organization.
