My Life As A Tree: Taking Inventory

This guided journal helps you to take inventory of your life, using the tree as guide. The roots are the character traits that ground you in life, or occasionally cause uprooting. The branches represent the different paths you have taken in life, and help you think about what happens when you "go out on a limb." Consider the trunk, bark, leaves, burl, shadows, and other parts of the tree in relationship to your own life, and free associate to pictures of beautiful trees. The book has space to record your musings.
