While a Scottish geologist searches for water on the Arabian peninsular his wife finds a mysterious pendant in a gold souk. Its a map showing the way to Iram, a lost city that disappeared, like Atlantis, more than 3,000 years ago. This draws them into a treasure hunt that puts their lives at risk from others seeking the same fabled city. Further clues lead them into the Rub al Khali where they discover the tomb of a mythical king. Trapped far below the desert sands by ruthless killers they fight to save their lives.
