Effectiveness of In-Service Training Programmes

The Right to Education has made the education a fundamental right to the children aged between six and fourteen. With the implementation of RTE, the teaching community has to provide quality education to the students through various modes and means. For this, all the teachers have to undergo in-service training of different kinds to improve their teaching efficiency and the student learning.
