The new revision's 30 new photographs and five new chapters, includes the author's 2018 meet-up with former Beatles drummer Pete Best, a primer on vinyl grading and how fans can start or expand their Beatles record collection.There is also a deep look at the band's White Album gleaned from the author's experiences at the November 2018 International White Album Conference, held at Monmouth Univerisity, NJ/USA.

The book traces the Beatles source sounds, deconstructs the band's layered harmonies, examines their songwriting influences and reveals the group's recording innovations.
