The third 56-days of Trump's Administration continued the calls to "DUMP TRUMP" and connect him to some nefarious Russian election hacking scheme. China's program will build a trillion-dollar modern new Silk Road with a transportation trifecta of seaports, roads, and rail links connecting all the Old World nations which once comprised the ancient Silk Road.
After a 150 years of a British-induced drugged slumber, the mercantile "sleeping dragon" has awakened to reclaim its old habitat, and nations, from Asia and across Europe, wish to participant.

In that environment, Trump kept his promise to abandon TPP, and China had seen the wisdom behind that move, while Trump saw the wisdom of reinvigorating the Silk Road with America adding a new transoceanic branch.
