Spirits of the Old Square

There is precariousness in the French Quarter - death, madness, and many things that cannot be explained. Written by poet and journalist Melanie P. Falina, 'Spirits of the Old Square' is a collection of poetry and photographs, as well as one short story, inspired by some of New Orleans' more eerie residents: ghosts, vampires, graveyard wanderers, and other things that go bump in a French Quarter night.'Spirits of the Old Square' is Melanie P. Falina's fifth body of original work influenced by New Orleans; she has also published a collection of poetry which pays homage to the city of Chicago during it's dazzling and dangerous winter season.
