Calcium silicate is a compound that can be derived from limestone and diatomaceous earth, and has applications as an anticaking agent in food preparation, as insulation, and more. Lastly, Chapter Four evaluates and compares the effects of simulated tissue fluid on the Berkocivh microhardness of four calcium silicate cements.
