Miracle Letters

My husband, David, has walked in his sleep, (somnambulism) for as long as he can remember. He also writes profound messages of forgiveness, healing, and love in his sleep. This is a very unusual occurrence, but even more startling is the fact that David writes these messages in ancient languages of which he has no prior or waking knowledge. (Xenoglossy) Trying to decipher ancient languages is a very difficult task for two people in the latter part of our lives, with little or no expertise in languages other than English. We are not scholars. We are ordinary, working-class people with normal lives. After we discover each message on scraps of paper on our kitchen bench or table, the meaning reveals itself to us with the help of the internet translations. As you embark on this journey following in our footsteps, we share our unusual experiences as we lived them and the awareness they created in us. We share our understandings that slowly unfolded and led us to develop theories and finally, realisations. We discovered a new kind of faith we had never believed possible.
