Life at the International House: Season Two. A journalist is born! Mexican immigrant and journalism major Karli Espinosa is back in her second semester at the International House, confiding in her bestie roommate Kiana and leaning on her new family of housemates for friendship and support. Even romantic relationships are blossoming and blooming. But the familial connection is about to be tested as the housemates face accusations of wrongdoing based on unfair stereotypes. Together they must use their strong bond that was formed in Season One to combat racial discrimination and show the world an example of cross-cultural solidarity. Through it all, Karli struggles with new challenges that force her to find the strength in her heart to become the woman she was born to be.
