History of Human Space Exploration

This book is a history of human space exploration, from the early days of the Russian Sputnik program to the current efforts in 2026 to plan a manned mission to Mars.  Included are details about the pioneers of rocket science as well as the American Mercury, Gemini, and the Apollo program and the landing of men on the Moon. The space shuttle program and the international space station are included.
