Emotional Me

One of the many things I love doing is teaching my kids metaphysics. When my life took a hard turn, I found that I had to take a good look at myself to make some positive changes. One of the things that got me through so many of those hard nights was having to simplify how hard life can be to my kids, in a way that they could still see the smiles in this world, that they could still see the positive side. Finding the right tools to use can allow us to not only accept but also allow ourselves to get emotional and still be lovable.
