The Last American Civil War: Aftermath

The United States, fresh out of its second civil war finds itself attacked by an unknown enemy. In every corner of the country the electricity is going out, bombs are going off and the citizens of the country are turning on each other. Do the Rebels and their commander have what it takes to pull the nation out of the wreckage or will the Aftermath of the Last American Civil War destroy everyone and everything that they fought to protect and preserve?
