Philosophy of law and its problems

Philosophers, from the dawn of human civilizations until today, have made tremendous efforts, evident in their reflections and crystallized in their writings, in order to establish the principles of just law that preserves that missing balance between rights and duties, between those who have power and authority and those who do not even have a living! Between advocates of war, seizure, control and rape, and between advocates of peace, cooperation, equality and love between individuals, peoples and countries.All these philosophers have a utopian dream about the foundations of the existence of just societies within which individual human beings live, enjoying their just rights, in a world in which there is no injustice or tyranny, a world in which brute force is not used against any of them under any pretext!!But the urgent question is: Did philosophers one day succeed in reaching this utopian dream that could convince all people to the point of working to implement it and live under its shadow and within its just legal framework?!
