Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The will of John Calvin mcnair established a Foundation at the University of North Carolina upon which public lectures are to be given from time to time to the members of the University.
