BVI Express

Tropical islands, supermodels, gangsters, hackers, poets, tax-evaders, prostitutes, spiritual seekers and money launderers. This play has it all. This results in copious amounts of jealousy, murder, romance, gossip, bribery, drinking and money laundering. And it all takes place at a dock-front cocktail lounge in the British Virgin islands. Most of the protagonists are flown there by a new airline called The BVI Express that flies noteworthy people back and forth from Miami to the islands. The characters arrive hoping to make business deals, set up shady corporate entities or find romantic fulfillment (and some even dabble in philosophical speculation and spoken-word literature). And, as is typical of this author, the reader is sure to find plenty of sentimentality mixed in with all that cynicism.
