In this workshop, the super high energy and luminosity frontiers of subnuclear physics were actively investigated. A conceptual design of the highest energy (100+100 TeV) proton-proton collider — the Eloisatron — already exists. There are many reasons to believe that supersymmetry and its local version, supergravity, could be relevant in a fundamental theory of particle reactions. The minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model (MSSM) is today phenomenologically acceptable, theoretically motivated and calculable. The present and future colliders can play a crucial role in testing supersymmetry experimentally. The purpose of the workshop was therefore to review the main features of the MSSM as well as the possible non-minimal models and the issue of gauge coupling unification. Emphasis was given to theoretical and experimental results relevant to supersymmetric particle searches at present and future colliders.Contents:Introduction to Supersymmetric Theories of Particles and Interactions (P Fayet)The Weak Mixing Angle in String Theory and the Green-Schwarz Mechanism (L E Ibáñez)No-Scale Supergravity Revisited (A B Lahanas)Recent SUSY Results from L3 (R Clare)Prospects for Supersymmetry Discoveries at Future e+e- Colliders (J-F Grivaz)Decay Properties of SUSY Particles (D D DiBitonto)Phenomenology of the MSSM with Broken R-Parity (H Dreiner)SUSY at HERA (T Kobayashi et al)Searching for SUSY at Future e+e- Colliders (W Majerotto)Radiative Corrections to the Masses of Supersymmetric Higgs Bosons (G Ridolfi)Detecting the Supersymmetric Higgs Bosons: An Overview and the Role of γ γ Collisions (J F Gunion)When are Radiative Corrections Important in the Minimal Supersymmetric Model (H E Haber)Masses of Supersymmetric Higgs Bosons and Superpartners (G L Kane)Supersymmetric Dark Matter — A Review (L Roszkowski)Measuring the Gluino Mass Using Like-Sign Dileptons (R M Barnett)Effects of CP-Odd SUSY Phases for the Dipole Moment of Neutron (A Johansen)Unification of Couplings and the Dynamical Breakdown of the Electroweak Symmetry (C E M Wagner)Perturbative Supersymmetry Breaking in 4D Strings (I Antoniadis)The SUSY World (F Zwirner)and other papersReadership: Researchers in high energy physics.
