A stress resource that provides the reader with an understanding of the main models and meanings of stress and its processes. It also addresses the many confusions that have arisen in the field of stress. It provides a theory and knowledge base to allow for organizational initiatives for better managing stress at work. Alongside the knowledge base is a collection of 33 interventions, designed for both group work and individual stress councelling. By combining theory and practical materials the reader should be able to understand and tackle the causes, symptoms and consequences of stress at an organizational, a team and a personal level.
