To do so, she submerges herself into the investigation of the legend of the tomb of Duchess Morrigan, which could grant her the coveted position in academic circles. However, she must reunite with Eliot, the guy she once left behind, and be quick to stay ahead of the demons chasing her.

Emma has a gift. Or maybe it's a curse. Her veiled eye allows her to see spirits, making her a shadow to the living and a light for the dead. However, when she arrives in Eden, she'll discover that her light may be too bright for those who thrive in the shadows.
